Week five is off to a blazing start with one team getting a soft commit for some bridge funding and all the teams making significant progress. Some highlights from the week:

• $7k in soft commits for one of the teams
• New partnership between two of the Canopy portfolio companies
• New $100k contract signed by a Canopy portfolio company with a customer
• CannaHacker.com achieves 45% month-over-month growth

Other important news:

• TPS Media is actively searching for a COO-type person with strong business/finance experience and a head for media management (YouTube experience is particularly desirable)
• Ananas is looking for a CMO and a part-time graphic designer

Goals for this week revolve around financial models and investment decks. Teams are refining their financial projections and preparing investor-specific slide decks before they head to ArcView LA next Tuesday.
