Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator, CanopyBoulder
Location: Boulder, CO

 

 

Boulder based venture capital fund and business accelerator focused on cannabis industry tech companies and hemp/CBD brands is hiring a full-time Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator.   We are looking for someone smart, driven, reliable, organized and looking to be a part of a fast growing company.

Primary Responsibilities: Performs general clerical duties and handles customer service, meeting scheduling, outreach, social media work and supporting marketing efforts.  Must have transportation.

A well organized and scheduled operations is crucial to the success of CanopyBoulder.  The Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator is responsible for scheduling the CanopyBoulder team and making sure both office operations and marketing efforts generally run smoothly.   

The person in this role must be comfortable building and maintaining in-person and virtual relationships.  To achieve this, the Executive Assistant & Marketing Coordinator will keep close tabs on the needs of the staff and help be the eyes and ears of CanopyBoulder.

You will:

-Manage social media with guidance from CanopyBoulder team

-Coordinate external communication, including email, digital strategy and website maintenance.

-Coordinate content strategy, including creatively suggesting and executing content development.

-Manage Google Calendars of CEO, Conference Rooms, and others

-Maintain Office.  Order/stock office supplies, food, and drinks as needed.

-Respond to inbound phone calls and reply in a timely basis.

-Schedule and Plan events, ranging in size from 25 to 200 people

-Assist with trade show planning and execution

-Create and update Google documents and spreadsheets as needed

-Book air travel and hotel for CEO and others as requested

-Liaise with other companies in our shared office space

-Adept Knowledge of Google Drive required.  Knowledge of Hubspot, Slack, Calendly, Uber Conference, Zoom useful.
